What you expect from us…
Our practice staff are here to help you. Our aim is to be as polite and helpful as possible to all clients.
If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please ask the reception staff to contact the Practice Manager or Owners, who will be happy to address your concerns.
What we ask of you…
We are humans. We make mistakes. We ask that you show grace and understanding when things don’t go as planned. Inappropriate or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
